Bearden Band Banquet

WHERE: Rothchild's Banquet Hall (8807 Kingston Pike)
TIME: 6:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (doors open at 5:30 for seating)
Please plan to join us at the annual Band Banquet. We will review all of our accomplishments for the year, individual student achievements, special awards, and conclude with the honoring of our graduating seniors. All students, parents, family, friends, and faculty are invited to attend this event.
Cost for the buffet dinner is $17.50 per person for everyone attending. Dinner includes:
Mixed Green Salad w/ Choice of Dressings Sauté Zucchini, Yellow Squash and
Baked Ziti Casserole w/ Beef Sauce Seasoned Veggies
Grilled Lightly Marinated Chicken Breast Freshly Baked Yeast Rolls
Steamed Green Beans w/ Herb Butter Assorted Cake Squares
Ice Tea, Lemonade, Coffee
Advance reservations are required. Rothchild’s will only set seating from the guarantee we give them. No dinners can be sold at the door. Return your reservations form (the bottom portion of this flyer) along with your check to Mr. Wilson, or Mrs. Clark as soon as possible. Make checks payable to the Bearden Band Boosters. Please DO NOT mail your check. We must have your reservations form and check no later than Friday, April 15, 2016.
Tickets will be available for pick up at the concert on April 19th. (Tickets will then be available in the band office until 4/28/16; if not picked up they will be available at the door.)
Cancellations after Monday, April 18th are non-refundable.
